He brings a strong design vision, technical knowledge and leadership to projects, with a deep understanding of how to navigate complex development and approval processes.
Hamish is a Registered Landscape Architect with the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) and holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Horticultural Science.
Oi is a leading Landscape Architect with extensive award winning experience in the design of urban spaces, public landscapes, residential communities and infrastructure. She has established a distinguished career in the public and private sectors over the past 30 years including founding CONTEXT. Oi has been involved in the master planning and design of some of the most prominent projects within Australia.
Scott’s extensive experience encompasses a wide range of public domain,
master planning, place and urban development projects. His strengths in design leadership and project management have seen him excel as design lead on major projects for both the public and private sector.
His Urban Design and Landscape Architecture experience make him a natural lead of large scale public realm projects and his expertise in Revit and BIM have created innovative technology led solutions across complex projects. Scott works effectively with project teams from concept design, through to construction.
Mark is an AILA Registered Landscape Architect with over 21 years of experience in both local government and private practice in the UK and Australia. His substantial portfolio of work demonstrates comprehensive expertise and experience across a broad range of international projects that include large-scale transport, rail, energy and water infrastructure, urban regeneration, healthcare, Defence and education projects.
Mel is a creative spirit with exceptional communication and project management skills whose style fosters strong relationships. An accomplished organiser, she ensures both big and small tasks are executed with precision. With extensive experience in Office Management, HR, Marketing and Corporate Relationships she has forged a rich and varied career spanning the Hospitality, Retail and Design Management Sectors
Jacinth is a Certified Practicing Accountant with over 12 years of experience in financial management and project accounting for the architecture and design industries. At CONTEXT, as part of the senior team, she is a key member for driving the company’s financial strategy, planning and growth as well as administering the company Enterprise Resource Planning systems. She is motivated in achieving business targets whilst maintaining financial compliance.
As a seasoned Design Technology Lead and Landscape Architect, Carlo brings over 14 years of professional expertise spanning the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, New Zealand and Australia. Carlo’s proficiency extends to digital design and data delivery, technical operations, GIS, BIM and data visualisation. He has a strong background in master planning and design, both in urban and regional contexts. Additionally, he possesses a wealth of experience in leadership and management in the strategy and innovation initiatives.
Lachlan brings significant experience to the CONTEXT team having worked on a variety of landscape and urban design projects, both in Australia and across Europe. Throughout his career, Lachlan has contributed to and delivered a range of urban master plan projects, public infrastructure, urban parklands, high-end residential, communal play spaces and streetscapes along with several landscape management proposals and winning international design competition submissions.
Jason has worked across a range of project scales from contributions to large scale urban development to horticulture selection and the minutiae of the garden. He has a strong interest in the relationships between urban and natural systems and how they interconnect with ecological function, endemic plant communities and connection to place which is embedded into his approach to design.
Having lived on both the east and west coasts of Australia and extensive travel visiting best practice landscapes internationally, he strives to bring his unique perspective to the work he approaches.
Indrajit brings significant experience to the team, having worked on a variety of landscape, masterplanning, infrastructure and urban design projects in the Middle East and Asia. He has led and delivered master plans of mixed-use and residential developments, Transport oriented development (TOD), open spaces, streetscapes, waterfronts, parks, metro and tram corridors, highway landscapes, water conservation projects and industrial developments.
He is passionate about landscape design, sustainable initiatives and creative processes and strives for uniqueness whilst creating a spatial experience for people to remember within every project he is involved in.
Ryan brings a diverse perspective and wide range of experience to the CONTEXT team, having led and contributed to both National and International projects. He has developed skills from concept generation through to detailed design packages across Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Open Space Master Planning projects. He believes that high quality enduring design stems from a well-considered, sustainable approach to site specific context, people and place and the decisions we make now, will impact generations to come.
Nicholas has experience working across a variety of public domain and landscape projects. His strength in critical architectural understanding lends an experiential awareness of the interface between natural and built environments. This ‘big picture’ thinking is the foundation of Nicholas’ approach to public and private landscape spaces and brings an awareness of environment, nature and human scale in projects both large and small.
