Hamish is a respected leader in the field of landscape architecture and urban design. Hamish has directed the planning and design of significant public and private landscapes both locally and internationally. He brings a strong design vision, technical knowledge and leadership to projects, with a deep understanding of how to navigate complex development and approval processes. Hamish is a Registered Landscape Architect with the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) and holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Horticultural Science.

Oi is a leading Landscape Architect with extensive award winning experience in the design of urban spaces, public landscapes, residential communities and infrastructure. She has established a distinguished career in the public and private sectors over the past 30 years including founding CONTEXT. Oi has been involved in the master planning and design of some of the most prominent projects within Australia.

Scott’s extensive experience encompasses a wide range of public domain, master planning, place and urban development projects. His strengths in design leadership and project management have seen him excel as design lead on major projects for both the public and private sector. His Urban Design and Landscape Architecture experience make him a natural lead of large scale public realm projects and his expertise in Revit and BIM have created innovative technology led solutions across complex projects. Scott works effectively with project teams from concept design, through to construction.

Penny is a communications specialist, designer, and visual storyteller with an Architectural background. With 16+ years' experience in marketing communications and brand management, she has a proven track record of developing and delivering strategic, compelling, and impactful written and visual content across various platforms. At CONTEXT, Penny leads marketing endeavors, orchestrating strategies that make a meaningful impact in alignment with business goals.

Mark is an AILA Registered Landscape Architect with 22+ years' experience in both local government and private practice in the UK and Australia. His substantial portfolio of work demonstrates comprehensive expertise and experience across a broad range of international projects that include large-scale transport, rail, energy and water infrastructure, urban regeneration, healthcare, Defence and education projects.

Lachlan brings extensive experience in landscape and urban design, with a strong portfolio of projects across Australia and Europe. He has contributed to urban master plans, educational environments, public infrastructure, parklands, high-end residential, play spaces, and streetscapes, as well as landscape management proposals and international design competition wins. Skilled in client liaison, project management, and design documentation, Lachlan is passionate about enhancing the social, emotional, and financial wellbeing of communities through beautiful, functional, and inclusive public spaces.
