The award winning Master Plan for this new university campus in Pudong Shanghai combines academic, research, sporting facilities and a community estate, set amongst public parklands and a high quality public domain. The Landscape Master Plan divides the university into two campuses by an impressive tree lined east-west boulevard or the Land Axis. The vision for the community estate was to create a contemporary and exotic village setting. The centerpiece is the 200 metre long water feature which extends the length of the grounds, terminating in an artificial lake.
