Singapore River Waterfront Master Plan

in conjunction with		COX Group

The Master Plan for the Singapore River is a blue print for the re branding and revitalization of the 4 km long waterfront environment extending from the Esplanade and Boat Quay to the Hotel District at Great World. CONTEXT worked with the COX Group and the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority to develop the Urban Design Planning, Landscape, Events and Management of the River with the aim of drawing locals and tourists back to the River. The master plan divides the River into a series of precincts incorporating a mix of cultural, retail, food and beverage, residential, parklands and event spaces. The concepts successfully blend the old with the new to showcase the city’s rich heritage and tropical landscape and create a vibrant day and night “Singapore River Experience” for all ages.
