CONTEXT Conybeare Morrison was responsible for the open space planning and design of the award winning Seasons Estate, a residential subdivision which involved the design of streetscapes, creek environs, community facilities and public art features. The community facilities are set in a range of passive and active recreation spaces and feature strong interpretive landscape elements which revolve around cultural and indigenous themes. This award winning development adopted a unique approach to water sensitive urban design, which inspired the City of Wyndham Environmental Award for a Residential Development of more than 250 Lots.
