The 230 lot subdivision located on the mid north coast of NSW sets new benchmarks for the environmental integration of residential developments on the land / sea margin. CONTEXT was an integral team member in all phases of the planning, design and delivery on the ground for this residential project, which seamlessly integrates with the surrounding residential fabric. A coordinated approach was adopted, maximising the open space quality within the constraints of the asset protection zone and management, the implementation of bush regeneration and restoration and integration of water sensitive urban design, koala corridor establishment and pedestrian and bikeway circulation. Context was also involved in the coordination and preparation of comprehensive complication of Housing Design Guidelines for the estate.
